Mr Karan Bal handles the Civil and MACT (Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal) matters taken up by the Firm on behalf of its Clients. Mr Bal has exclusive MACT Practice in North India.

 

Mr Rajesh Mittal represents Triple J in Tax matters. Mr Mittal majored in Commerce from the University of Delhi, is a Law Graduate and was admitted to the Delhi High Court Bar in 1984. His father Shri G.C. Mittal was a senior practising Counsel at the Delhi High Court since 1960 and is a Senior Member of JJ&J Attorneys. Mr Rajesh Mittal is a specialist in taxation laws especially in matters regarding corporate, partnership, limited liability Company, and individual income taxes, tax issues involved in real estate transactions, non-profit institutions, employee benefits, trust and estate planning and administration, and civil and criminal tax controversies.

Mr. Anuvrat Sharma represents Triple J at the Supreme Court Of India. Mr Sharma did his schooling from the Doon School, Dehradun and thereafter graduated from the Hindu College, University of Delhi. Mr. Anuvrat Sharma graduated in Law with distinction from Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi, and started practising in Civil, Criminal and Constitutional Laws before the Supreme Court of India Mr. Sharma was enrolled as an Advocate-on-Record with the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the year 2006. Mr.Anuvrat Sharma was appointed as the Standing Counsel for the State of Uttar Pradesh (a post he holds till date) and Uttarakhand. Mr. Sharma has also worked as Counsel for the Union of India and various Development Authorities.

Mr Vivek Grover represents Triple J in IPR matters. Mr. Grover majored in Economics Honours from the University of Delhi before pursuing Law from Faculty of Law, the University of Delhi in the year 1983. He has specialised in the field of Intellectual Property Rights and has more than 35 years of experience in Prosecution and Litigation. He has acted on behalf of various National and International Clients for securing their IP Rights including Trademark, Copyright, Designs and Patents.

Mr Anshuman Bal at the District Courts Office handles matters such as Matrimonial, Ecclesiastical, Testamentary, Civil, Criminal, Revenue, Penal matters in Corporate Law, Banking, Family Law, Debt-Recoveries, Rent Control cases, et al.

Ms Tanvi Bakshi Jaggi, Advocate,  looks after JJ&J Attorneys' Civil matters and Intellectual Property Rights’ cases which includes Trademark, Patents, Copyright, Designs, Geographical Indications and perfecting security in these properties etc.

Mr. Gurmeet Singh Jaggi graduated in Law (B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.)), a 5-Year Law Curriculum in the year 2020 from Delhi Metropolitan Education (DME), an Institution affiliated with the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU). Besides being a maestro in Contract Law, Competition Law and Corporate Law, he is well versed in Music and Entertainment Industry Laws, Law related to Intellectual Property and Technology Law. He worked with Jaggi Jaggi and Jaggi, International Attorneys at Law - Triple-J as a Contract Specialist from November 09, 2021 until April 30, 2024.

Mr. Abhishek Gautam graduated in Law from Law Centre-1, Delhi University in the year 2007. Mr. Gautam was enrolled as an Advocate On Record with the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the year 2016, and has been handling a variety of cases of every conceivable branch of Law. Mr. Gautam has been a Student Leader and was the President of the Students' Union, Law Centre-1, University of Delhi. Mr. Gautam distinguished himself as a Chief Executive Councillor of the Delhi University Students' Union.

Mrs. Suruchi Mittal graduated in Law from Law Centre-1, University of Delhi in the year 2012, and has been practising ever since in Civil Laws and Matrimonial Disputes. Mrs. Mittal has a distinguished record in handling matters relating to SEBI Laws.

Ms. Radhika represents Triple J in Banking matters. She graduated in Law from Campus Law Centre, Delhi University in the Year 2013. She is actively practising in Banking matters, Criminal Law, NDPS Act cases and Matrimonial matters. She is extremely adept in arguing the matters.

Mrs. Bindu Kamlesh Dubey represents Triple J in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane & Panvel - Raigad. Mrs. Dubey specialises in Criminal, Divorce, Domestic Violence, Company Matters, Cyber Crime and Civil Laws. She possesses a diversified educational background having majored in science havin a BSc. Degree and thereafter distinguishing herself in MBA and LL.B curriculums. Mrs. Dubey is a pre active Social Activist, Public Speaker and an Educator engaged in sundry activities related to Education, Social Awareness, Cultural & Social issues. In order to give back to the Society she is part of Labour Unions and NGOs. Mrs. Dubey is a Visiting Faculty for Law Students at NMIMS, Mumbai.

Mr Vivek Mishra represents Triple J at Allahabad now Prayagraj, Naini & Mumbai. After obtaining his BBA degree from the United Institute of Management, Kanpur University procured his Bachelors in Law Degree from the Prayag Vidhi Mahavidyalaya, Kanpur University and was enrolled with the Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh in the year 2017. Mr Vivek Mishra has successfully developed his expertise in matters before the Debt Recovery Tribunal, the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal and the National Company Law Tribunal and has had a resounding success rate in a short span of time. He is an Associate of Jaggi, Jaggi & Jaggi and handles our matters at Allahabad, Kanpur, and Lucknow. Mr Vivek Mishra represents us in matters of Criminal, Civil and Company jurisdiction at the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad.

Mr Chiranjeev Sugandh represents Triple J in Cantonment Board matters, after having graduated from Rani Durgawati University, Madhya Pradesh, he was enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi in the year 2015. He has been actively practising on the Civil, Criminal and Matrimonial Jurisdiction. He has developed an expertise in Suits for Possession and Cantonment Board matters.

Mr Akshay Grover represents Triple J in IPR matters. He is a Bachelor of Business Administration degree holder, pursued and completed Law from Amity Law School, Amity University in the year 2016. He is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi and has experience in working on Intellectual Property matters for various International Clients. He has also had experience in dealing with Civil and Criminal Law matters in all the Courts in Delhi.

Mr. Gaurav Mittal, Chartered Accountant has an experience of more than 3 years in the field of Statutory Audits, Internal Audits and Taxation. He has worked with “Ernst& Young (EY)” as a Senior Associate. Mr Gaurav Mittal has undergone his internship training with Messrs. Thakur,Vaidyanath Aiyar & Co, one of the most reputed Chartered Accountancy Firms of India. Mr. Mittal has been actively involved in the preparation of the Financial Statements including Notes to Accounts, Annual Reports, and Individual Tax Audit & Consolidated Financial Statements. He is also experienced in Accounting Concepts Compliances under various laws like Companies Act and Income Tax Act, Effective Controls and Procedures etc and Goods & Service Tax.
